Where Roman Grandeur Meets Mumbai's Soul
Belmarose was born from a singular conviction: that Mumbai deserved a dining experience as grand, as intimate, and as layered as the city itself. In 2024, our founders — seasoned in the kitchens of Europe and the boardrooms of India — opened these doors with a bold vision.
The name Belmarose is drawn from the Italian "bella rosa" — the beautiful rose — a symbol of elegance, passion, and the fleeting beauty of a perfect moment. It is the feeling we set out to bottle, and serve, every evening.
From the hand-laid mosaic floors to the hand-lettered menus, no detail was left to chance. We built a dining room that feels like stepping into another world — and a kitchen that never lets you forget you're in the very best one.
